What is your returns, exchanges and repairs policy?
While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, should you want to make a return or exchange, please email our customer service department at [email protected] for a return authorization number. We gladly accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days after purchase All returned items must be unused and in its original condition. We review all merchandise for defects and/or damages prior to shipment, however, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the product(s) upon arrival to ensure it is free of any defects or damages. Damaged goods due to customer’s negligence will not be accepted for return or exchange. Any return or exchange that do not meet this criteria will be shipped back to the customer.

My credit card was charged more than once. What do I do?
For your information, your credit card is charged at the time your order ships. If you just placed your order, your bank account may issue an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card. Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations. Should you still see a double or multiple authorizations please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What if my package is lost?
All packages are sent and issued a tracking number via USPS. If for some reason your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust.

How long does it take to receive my order?
In-stock items leave Philadelphia , Pennsylvania via USPS within 2-3 business days of your order. However should the item be out of stock we will notify you via email if there is any delay. If you need something by a certain date, please email or phone us immediately after your order is complete. Generally, if your item is in stock you will receive your order within 3 - 10 business days. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. I If you need to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.

How do I make a purchase?
Shopping with us is easy. Simply find the items that you would like, select your size and click on ‘Add to Basket’. Review your shopping cart. You can use ‘remove’ to delete any items from your basket.

How do I find a specific item?
If you know what you are looking for you can enter the shop section of the website where you can search for the product by item category or designer. Throughout the site there is also a ‘Search’ function which can be used to enter key words.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless ‘Sold Out’ is displayed. If an item does not show in a specific size in the drop-down menu, this means the item is no longer available in that size. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by someone else until you have fully completed your order.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Diva Stuff?
Your personal online security is important to us. Our site is as secure as it can be made. We do not hold any credit card information. We use Secure Trading to process payments.

How will I know when you have received my order?
After you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming that it has been received. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Only once your credit card details have been approved and your delivery address has been verified, will your order be accepted and shipped. You will receive another email from us confirming your order has been accepted and a third email once your order has been shipped.

Please be assured that all the information you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.
